A multisensory project where art, music, science, and our humanities intertwine with one another. This project explores our inner being and our connectivity with one another.
Multidisciplinary artist Chintia Kirana will be collecting brain waves starting with the people in Montgomery, AL. The project wishes to capture the collective spirits of the people in Montgomery, AL. by collecting the brain waves, which are later transformed into visual and sound art to provide space for contemplations. After all, social status, sexual orientation, race, and beliefs don't define our collective spirits, hopes, and dreams.
The project kick starts on March 26th at Kress on Dexter during Arts in Motion Festival. Additionally, Chintia will create separate events to continue collecting data. Follow her on Instagram at See.in.Tia to participate in the next brain waves happenings.
Temporal Spectra is supported by Verdant Fund and the Warhol Foundation. Sponsorships and donations are tax-deductible under a 501C3 organization. Please contact Chintia Kirana Studio at firstname.lastname@example.org.
